Kaya Airlines is an Mozambican airline re-branded from Transairways.[1] The airline, which resumed operations on 29 August 2011, flies within the country of Mozambique[2]. Its head office is at Maputo International Airport.[3]

Incidents and Accidents

On December 7, 2010 a Beechcraft 1900 registration number C9-AUO crashed on approach to runway 23 in Maputo International Airport. The cause was due to bad weather mainly strong winds.
